Membership Initial Purchase: This is a monthly membership to Tea Stain Clothing's, Fortunate: Fortune of the Month Club! With your initial purchase you will receive one Fortunate pendant and necklace selected at random.
Membership Enrollment and Program Outline: This initial purchase price will automatically enroll you in the Fortune of the Month Club. Each month you will receive a new Fortunate pendant and necklace, selected at random then shipped on the first of each month to follow. A monthly membership fee of $5 +$2.50 shipping and handling and any applicable sales tax in CA only, will be charged on the first of each month to follow. By purchasing you are authorizing Tea Stain Clothing to charge (the bank/credit card you used during your initial purchase the amount of $7.50 on the 1st of each month to follow unless cancellation is made as outlined below.
Cancellation: Membership may be canceled at any time by emailing contact@teastainclothing and requesting membership termination. All cancellations received and acknowledged 5 (five) calendar days prior to the 1st of each month will not incur the next month's membership fee. Any cancellations received after that period will automatically charge and ship on the first, but canceled after shipping and will discontinue membership from that point forward.
Important Specifics: Tea Stain Clothing will make it's best effort to ship you a different fortune pendant each month but does not guarantee said variety. Tea Stain Clothing will not honor specific requests for specific fortune pendants or necklace chain colors. Tea Stain Clothing will make every effort to charge membership fees on the 1st calendar day of each month but charges may occur within the first 5 (five) calendar days of the month. Customer understands, accepts and agrees to hold harmless Tea Stain Clothing with regard to any issuing bank card charges or fees related to automtaic payment of membership fees for any reason or condition. By purchasing, customer acknowledges it is their full and sole responsibility to maintain these accounts and any and all related charges or fees that result from their purchases. All sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
